By placing a pre-order for the IntoMind BCI Development Kit, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Presale nature. This is a presale for units from our initial production run. Your purchase reserves your unit.
  2. Delivery timeline. We intend to deliver all presale units by December 31, 2026.
  3. Refund policy. No refunds will be granted before December 31, 2026, nor in the event that we fulfill our commitment and deliver the product within the defined timeframe. If products are not delivered by December 31, 2026, you may request a full refund less processing fees.
  4. Development kit disclaimer. This product is a development kit intended for research, education, and development purposes. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. Use at your own risk.
